  3. Answer Typically I charge $350 plus GST for one person and $600 plus GST for a couple. These fees include preparing a Personal Directive and a Power of Attorney. Additional charges may occasionally apply.

  5. Answer No, but this is a common misconception. In Alberta, if you don’t have a will, the Intestate Succession Act determines how your assets are to be divided.
