  2. You will need… • Specimen 2007 Paper 2 Task C (a PDF) q 43 • Read this question carefully before you start • The database 2007_Specimen that you saved from section 2 opened in Access 2007

  3. Click on the Create tab

  4. Click on Report Wizard

  5. Base the report on the query from section 2

  6. Bring across all the fields… Next

  7. No grouping is needed here… Next

  8. Sort Growth in ascending order… Next No real need for this since you did it in the query as well.

  9. Tabular is OK and the question says Portrait… Next

  10. Choose a style… Next Don’t take too long!

  11. Make the title Far East Sites… Preview… Finish

  12. Check it fits on one page and all data are visible Two field names are not showing fully.

  13. Close the Preview

  14. Resize the text boxes that are not correct Take care not to go over the edges of the page

  15. Click View to check…

  16. … and return to Design view

  17. Delete unwanted text boxes in the Page footer

  18. Choose the Label tool

  19. Drag a box and write your name

  20. View the report

  21. Check it, save and print

  22. End of section 3
