What I have learn in the last term…

1. What I have learn in the last term… José Varea 1rst Bach A

2. Learning with Sujata. • The 2 last terms of this school year we learned like 4 main things that I think really important, they are: • Wikispaces. • Data Base. • Windows Movie Maker. • How to make a podcast. • The ones that I'm going to explain and witch I think that are the valuable thing that I have learned.

3. Wikispaces. • Wiki spaces is a social network in witch you can do a lot of things, like chat with your friends, share documents, like facebook, or MySpace, but the only difference is that you can edit pages so it can be more updated, also it helps us to give our documents in time to the teacher. • I think that wiki spaces is a good way to communicate in the school by sharing important documents such as homework's or test but I don't like it like a social network it make it very difficult for me.

4. Data Base. • What I learned about database is that is a application that manages data and allows fast storage and retrieval of any kind of data. • I think that database is an application that can be used better in a office or company in witch you can know main information about the workers, such as: Birthday, complete birth date, parents and other kinds of information.

5. Windows Movie Maker. • Windows moviemaker is an application that let us edit and create any kind of videos. • This application is very useful for everybody because you can create many types of videos, from educative videos to musical videos or presentation videos.

6. Design cycle project 1 • The first design cycle project was about of making a video that can show a commercial using windows movie maker I made a commercial about my cell phone. • I think that my video mas pretty good and i think that the people who watched it like both video and product!!

7. 2nd term • The second term I studied about the podcast and how to make it this term was really long so every class we where preparing our new dicing cycle project and investigating about the podcast , also updating it to the wikispaces.com page, so Sujata can see it. And grade it.

8. Podcast. • A podcast is aseries of digital media files that are released after a download. • Making a podcast was really fun and more easy that I expected is a really nice work to do it by yourself and it doesn’t require so many time.

9. Design cycle project 2 • This dicing cycle project we made a podcast in witch we talk about the networks around us such as: WAN, WLAN, LAN etc. • These project was in group of 4 people but my group was only Jose Miguel Restrepo, we investigated a lot about how to do podcast, then we downloaded a program to make it and uploaded in the internet.

10. Conclusion • In technology class while sujata still was In the school I learned a lot, not only about technology things, I learned that I can do things that I propose to do by myself so I can win a good note to pass the school year. • So I will thanks Sujata for making me learn that.
