Brian Lerner: I have an office with multiple employees including other attorneys, law clerks, paralegals, legal assistants and other support staff. My office uses a comprehensive calendaring and web portal program that logs in each particular item that must be done and then calendars it for that employee to do. Next, the client will get access to the web portal and receive information on what questions to answer and what documents to upload. Reporter: What if the client is in another State or even another Country? Brian Lerner: That is the beauty of my system. They could be in a remote village in China and as long as they have access to the internet, the entire case moves forward. It will be put together, reviewed, revised and reviewed and revised again. Only when it is in tip top shape will I approve it to be filed. Once it is ready, we have a program where you can sign everything electronically without leaving your home and without having to come into the office.
