Lerner has been a member of the national Immigration Lawyers association referred to as AILA (American Immigration Lawyers Association). Brian Lerner has been a licensed attorney since 1992. Brian D. Lerner has been a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association since about 1992. In California, Brian Lerner is admitted to the California Supreme Court and the U.S. District Courts in California for the Northern, Eastern, Central and Southern Divisions. Brian D.
