  2. What we did first…... • First we planned a route across Asia as a class. • Then we decided which countries we were going to research on our own. • We produced a sheet about the country we chose, we included the area, population and length across our country.

  3. What countries we chose • Turkey – Catrin • Iran - Nyree • Afganistan – Macauley • Pakistan – Robbie • India – Jessica • Bangladesh – Hannah • Burma – Mrs MacDonald • Thailand – Nicky • Malaysia - Angus

  4. What we did next…… • We calculated the time it would take to cross our chosen countries with breaks in between. • We drew graphs of the population and area of all the countries in Asia, apart from India, it was too big.

  6. Our Holiday… • The final stage of our project in maths was to book a holiday for two adults and two children to our chosen country. • All the holidays turned out quite expensive! 
