Correlation of Serum and Synovial Fluid Biomarkers in Osteoarthritis with and without Diabetes

This study analyzes the correlation between serum and synovial fluid levels of four biomarkers in osteoarthritis patients with and without diabetes. Leptin and Osteocalcin levels showed correlation, while Bone Alkaline Phosphatase and Pyridinium levels did not. The findings reveal differences and similarities in biomarker levels based on comorbid diabetes.
