Marketers use of social media for Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Marketers follow the customer wherever they go…. Crowdsourcing. • Characteristics of Social Media • Mostly it is uncontrollable • Has a very fast pace • Forces us to listen • Offers a variety of media • Help build relationship
