  4. Op welke gebieden ? • Meta Data • Verpakken/uitwisselen van o.a. leermateriaal • Uitwisselen gegevens gebruikers • Uitwisselen competenties • Uitwisselen van resultaten / portfolio’s studenten • Uitwisselen van toetsen en vragen • Vastleggen van onderwijsontwerp • ….

  5. Een paar begrippen • Specificaties • Applicatie profielen • Referentie modellen • Standaarden

  6. Specificaties • Set afspraken over hoe iets aan te pakken, bijvoorbeeld hoe metadata structureren • Iedereen kan een specificatie ontwikkelen • Vaak tamelijk veranderlijk(moeilijk voor software bouwers) • Vaak veel vrijheidsgraden/keuzemogelijkheden

  7. IMS • Levert veel specificaties af • Leden-organisatie; iedereen kan lid worden; NL 1 2 + 1 leden • Bij IMS specificaties steeds 3 delen: • Information model • XML binding • Best practices and implementation guide

  8. Voorbeeld drie-deling • Information model: • De maker van een document is de auteur • XML Binding: • Sla dit op als <author></author> • Best practice: • Een voorbeeld is:<author>Pierre Gorissen</author> • Een alternatief is: <author>Gorissen, P.J.B.</author>

  9. Applicatie profiel • Een implementatie van een specificatie • Invullen van vraagtekens en vrijheden • Vaak met handleidingen, tips, instructies • Bekendste voorbeeld: CanCore • “NedKernset” ??
