Will need help from mentor’s staff • Compile list of mentors and their administrators • Make sure each person has the time necessary to compile all information requested.
Time Management • Establish a Timeline, assign tasks to keep on track • Get organized, create a checklist • Set aside 2 weeks before due date
Get Help • If possible, hire temporary help • Get others within your office or experienced individuals within your institution to assist with different tables.
Tables • Read, re-read and refer to sample tables for guidance • Search internet • Most consuming table 5- Trainees last 10 years and • Table 6:Publication table of trainees
