  2. 前提条件　 • 一定要先注册（免费） • 有些服务需要在个人计算机上安装必要的软件 RSS：需要安装RSS阅读器 IE快捷检索工具条： 　　安装 NCBI Search Toolbar

  3. 保存检索史：方便下次使用 电子邮件通知：及时获取最新信息 RSS桌面推送：数据更新实时送达 检索结果过滤筛选：满足对检出文献的特殊要求 方 式 　

  4. 登录 Access your My NCBI account • Two ways to access your My NCBI account: • From the upper right hand corner of the PubMed page • From the blue side bar on the left hand side of the PubMed page

  5. 注册Register MyNCBI用于存储检索史，便于跟踪检索（E-mail)；定制全文期刊链节；文献传递等服务。 填写注册信息

  6. 帐户初始化Configure your account • Access saved searches & collections保存检索史/结果 • Set filters过滤设置 • Set Document Delivery options文献传递 • Select an Outside Tool • Set User Preferences用户界面设置 • Change your Password修改密码 • Sign out of your account退出

  7. 设置检索过滤Set your Filters • Click on the Filters link from the blue side bar

  8. Step 1:选择数据库Choose a database • Click PubMed

  9. Step 2:设置选择Quick Picks

  10. 在过滤设置中选择了“Full text”， 检索结果显示时便突出标明。默认只有“Review”。

  13. 建立专题文献集 My NCBI Collections • Saving searches only deals with search strategies“Save Search”只能保存检索策略（史） • Collections saves selected search results “Collections”能够将检索结果保存在NCBI系统中

  14. Why Collections? • Clipboard will hold results - but only for a limited time • Collections will hold results indefinitely • Have access to those results anywhere you have access to your My NCBI account • Useful for building a bibliography on a particular subject or by a particular author

  15. 创建：Create a Collection Step1:Select citations & send them to the Clipboard Step2:Access the Clipboard Step3:Use the “Send to My NCBI Collections” option Step4:A new pop-up window will appear…and…..

  16. Start a new collection You may choose to add these citations to an existing collection. Click this button and a list of your existing collections will appear. Choose the collection to which these citations will be added.可以追加到原来的文献集中去

  17. 打开文献集Access your Collections Collections and Saved Searches appear together in your My NCBI account. Simply click “Collections” to access

  19. 前 提 条 件 1.订阅RSS内容要先安装一个RSS阅读器。 现在有多款流行的RSS阅读器，网上有很多这方面的介绍，推荐“看天下网络资讯浏览器” 或“周博通RSS阅读器”。当然也可以使用其他类型的RSS新闻阅读器，但要支持RSS 2.0标准。 2.RSS Feed: 基于 格式(OPML)
