Current Status of WIP • Labview manipulating data from sensors and displaying wire frame. • Sensors • Decided on use of potentiometers • Specific potentiometer not chosen (prototyping between digital & analogue) • Attachment method not decided.
Way forward • Attachment investigation (following on from science report). • Prototype of multiple sensors (Wk 5) • Labview • User interface • Set-up programme (BIT) • Connectors • Sensors to DAQ card interface
Challenges • Attachment of sensors • Suitable user interface • Timescale - Outline design slip. • Animation • Labview not being good enough • Cost of animation packages • Unplanned effort required to utilise animation package
