Questions • Classify each of the following data according to whether they are numerical or categorical data. • Favourite TV programs of each student in your year level • Shoe size of the top ten international models • Hours of computer games played at home each week by each student in your class • Birth weight of each baby in a young mothers’ group • The favourite colours for cars sold in Canberra in the last month

  9. Collecting Data To analyse data we first need to collect it. We will look at 2 different ways of doing this: Frequency tables Stem & Leaf plots
