  5. Applicant Request • The applicant is seeking a minor amendment to the existing special exception to modify language in the conditions to permit two structures of 7,500 square feet ‘of heated and cooled space’ each. This change will clarify the language for what constitutes a ‘structure’ for purposes of development review.

  6. Staff Recommendation • Staff finds the proposed request consistent with the Plan and Unified Land Development Code (ULDC) and recommends that the Board hear the item and adopt the Resolution (Z-12-10) approving the requested minor changes to the special exception conditions.
