  3. FECC’s activity • Organize seminars and meetings related to business and other actual themes. • Lesure-time activities (skiing, bowling, carting etc.) • But still the most popular ones are the Parties... Crawfish party, Christmas party and Grill party...

How to succeed in Finland • Your company’s reputation and balance sheet should be in acceptable level. • Know your and your customer’s business and his/her needs. • Provide a solution for a problem a day before s/he will notice that. • Keep your promises and exceed your customers expectations. • Show that you are ready to carry a part of your customers business risk. • Be honest.

  6. Some practical issues • Response all emails and give time when you will give the answers. • Give immediately your “last” price and in format that it was asked. • Be modest and tastful. • Provide solutions, no excuses. • Follow strictly business ethics.
