  2. What are Flower Essences? • Subtle liquid extracts taken orally to help support physical, mental and emotional well-being • Sun infusion of wildflowers or garden blossoms in a bowl of water that are diluted, potentized, and preserved with brandy • Contains life force of plant

History • Most cultures cherish flowers for their beauty, fragrance, and manner in which they bring special awareness to celebrations, ceremonies and occasions • Flowers calm, balance and expands one’s awareness of their surroundings • Flower essences are based on Dr. Edward Bach’s work in the 1930’s

Dr. Edward Bach • English physician and homeopath • Successful conventional doctor • Continually searched for the purest methods of healing • Became unsatisfied with the limitations of orthodox medicine and their focus on curing symptoms • Walking in the garden, discovered that each dewdrop on a flower acquires the vibration of that plant
