The T-E-A-C-H program aims to improve teachers' professional abilities through training and recognition. With activities such as training, cascading models, and awards, the program has trained over 47,000 teachers and benefited 7 million children.

The program aims to improve the professional abilities and performances of teachers through training and recognition to outstanding teachers with Nation Builder Award.

Achievement under Teacher Support 47,123 Teachers Trained across India 7 Million children are estimated to be benefitting from this project. A Teacher Training workshop in association with British Council by RID 2982 Nation Builder Award 21,663 Teachers felicitated with Nation Builder Award Felicitation of a teacher with NBA by IWC Ambala Cant.
Opportunities under Teacher Support
Cascading model • RILM’s cascade model is about training Cluster Academic Coordinators (CAC) in collaboration with Government and Training agencies. • CAC in turn effectively train, monitor and mentor all the teachers of the state • The cascading model will be implemented through Global Grant. • One such model is now being implemented with the Government of Chhattisgarh

The program aims at improving the quality of teaching and learning through the use of curriculum based audio-visual modules in local languages. It is a single classroom installation through an integrated solution of hardware and software.

The program aims to provide/upgrade the infrastructural and co-scholastic facilities in schools to make them secure and happy learning places for the students.
