Upon receiving the attorney's fact sheet in our office, we will:  Search for name availability  Prepare Articles of Incorporation  File articles with the Secretary of State  Prepay statutory fees  Telephone confirmation of charter number and filing date  Return copy of articles via overnight courier or regular mail  Provide corporate kits upon request File Articles of InCorporate Services corporation documents with the state agency in the most expeditious manner.  Prepare and hand deliver documents to the Division of Corporations.  Monitor progress of documents to prevent (avoidable) delays.  Maintain a close working relationship with government agencies to help cut through "red tape."  Return proof of filing in the form of a certified copy or a stamped acknowledgment copy.
