Individuals: • Employed for at least 3 years (if you own your company, positive income for at least one year) • Min: 24 years old Max: end of loan term earlier than 60th birthday • Good credit standing: no court cases. • Some banks only cover certain areas for loans in the Philippines • Foreigners: You must be married to a Filipino, with 1 or 2 exceptions

Employed applicant • 3 Valid ID’s – 1(one) Company 2(two) – Government issued ID: Passport, Driver’s license, SSS • Latest ITR 2316 • Certificate of Employment (COE) issued for the last 2 (two) months • Latest original 3 months bank statements (Payroll ) • Checking Account with latest 3 months bank statements • Latest billing statement (Electrical, water bill or telephone) • Original Barangay Clearance • Police clearance • Picture of Applicant and Co-Maker • Sketch of Residence Location

Self-employed or part owner applicant • 2(two) Valid ID’s • Photocopy of DTI Registration or SEC Registration with GIS • Photocopy of Mayor’s Permit and DTI permit • Original Barangay Clearance • Latest Bank Statements for the last 4(four) months • Latest ITR 2307/1701 • Checking Account at least 6 months existing account • Picture of Applicant and Co-Maker • Sketch of Business Location

  7. For corporation • SEC Registration • Secretary’s Cert. with Board Resolution • ITR with F.S.
