(DHFL) traded in the green throughout the day and are up currenrtly. Media reports said that DHFL has proposed a 35% haircut to all lenders, however, the company has not confirmed this news yet. An Economic Times report said, "there will not be any principal haircut. maturities are expected to be elongated by five to 10 years with some coupon haircuts. On a net present value basis, bondholders may get a 30-35 percent hit on principal." In early August, DHFL announced that its draft resolution plan submitted to lenders will not have creditors take haircuts on the principal. Tata Metaliks plans shut down of one Dilip Buildcon approves divestment of 5 road project SPVs Shares of Dilip Buildcon surged 4% after the company approved the proposal for fully divesting or selling stakes in 5 road projects that were awarded under the hybrid annuity model. The companys board considered and approved the proposal for divestment either partly or wholly the equity stake of the company in 5 B0T (HAM projects) namely DBL Mangloor Highways Pvt Ltd, DBL Sangli Borgaon Highways Pvt Ltd, DBL Borgaon Watambare Highways Pvt Ltd, DBL Mangalweda Solapur highways Pvt Ltd and DBL Chandikhole Bhadrak Highways Pvt Ltd, wholly-owned subsidiaries of the Company (for in the nature of Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) to one or more potential investors (the investor) and/or dilution of shareholding percentage in the SPVs up 12% on reports of over 12% However, ! in such a manner that the Company may cease to exercise control over the said SPVs including further issue of share capital/OCD to the Investor by the said SPVs, in a phased manner over a period of time. Shares of Tata Metaliks are trading flat at Rs501.50 on the BSE in the afternoon trade. The company said that one of its two blast furnaces and its associated facilities in Kharagpur will undergo a planned shutdown, for maintenance and overhauling from August 27, 2019, at 6.00 a.m. The operations are expected to be back on stream on August 30, 2019, at 6.00 a.m. ! Trump says US-China trade talks to start very shortly Markets rebounded just as US President Donald Trump said that China asked the US to restart trade talks again. China called last night our trade people and said lets get back to the table," Trump said in the backdrop the G7 meeting in Biarritz, France. They understand how life works." Trump said that the US would accept China's proposal to restart talks.
