沙包的縫製. 長條形的布平放在桌面 正面朝上. 將布對摺 反面在外 正面在內. 重要！ 畫線做記號 留縫份. 布的邊緣. 起針點. 0.5 ～ 0.7cm. 上針 下針 間隔不可太疏 縫在剛才畫線的地方. 起針點. 針穿線 將對摺的二片開始縫合. 縫合二邊後，線打結，留一邊缺口. 留一邊缺口. 將布的正面外翻. 布的正面外翻後，裝入適量的米粒. 準備將最後的缺口縫合. 最後的缺口縫合. ① 簡易：平針縫 先前的縫法. ② 困難：藏針縫 漂亮看不到線頭. 沙包縫製大功告成！.
