  1. Faculty PLCoffice 365 OneDrive file organization Essential questions How can I use office 365 to enhance student learning? How can I use office 365 to organize files and collaborate with colleagues? Today’s Goals • Sync my OneDrive files and move files from my I-drive to CB OneDrive. • Organize my files in OneDrive. • Consider how I want my students to use OneDrive to save and share their work.

  2. Goal #1: Sync OneDrive + migrate Step 1: Check to see if your Central Bucks OneDrive is synced. Open your file library. Step 2: If not, log on to 365 and press the ‘Sync’ icon. Step 3: Migrate files from your I-drive to your CBSD-OneDrive by dragging and dropping In your file library. Do you see this? Don’t use this one.

  3. If you see this icon, revisit the names of any files you synced and change any that do not meet specifications. Goal #2: organize my files Step 1: Make sure all file names meet specifications. Step 2: Organize your files first by broad and then ever more narrow specifications. Employ the “file within file within file” approach. Organize your files by dragging and dropping individual files into folders. Also, take time to erase files you no longer need.
