Who are we and how can we help? A team of eight deans and five staff who: • provide advice, guidance, and opportunities for creativity, reflection, and growth; • support students through the process of becoming the physicians you aspire to be.

Getting to know each other: big question activity • Objective: get to (better) know the individuals (peers, deans, and staff alike), who will all play a critical role in supporting your success over the next four years and beyond. • Deans and staff will join you at tables around the room • One volunteer should pick up a question and read it aloud at each table • Go around the table, say your name, and take turns sharing your responses; if the question doesn’t resonate, pick a different one • Listen with intention; resist the urge to interrupt– idea is to let each individual share a bit about themselves • After ten minutes, we’ll invite students to get up and move to a different table • Repeat 3-4 times
