  3. Before Old Harvest Gold electric oven & coil element cook top. Cabinets were cut out to make this oven fit leaving unsightly open space under the cook top and above the oven. Very hard to clean under cook top Coil elements unlevel. Not vented Dishwasher rarely used Bottom cabinet space needs to be more accessible. Microwave is too tall to fit on cabinet top so it is on the hearth in LR Cabinets are in need of refinishing.

  4. After Replace oven with free-standing range with solid surface cook top. Remove bottom cabinets to allow for new range. Re design above range to add vent a hood with cabinet doors to hide vent pipe to attic. Remove dishwasher and re-design space to hold microwave. Add drawer under microwave Add pull-outs inside bottom cabinet spaces to gain accessibility. Open space on back side of bar to gain storage with pull outs covered by a cabinet door. (not shown ) Strip and refinish cabinets, clean and paint cabinet hardware.
