From the project programme • Objective: • To identify and document the work processes for both virtual maritime organisations in general and the two business cases (now: scenarios) in particular • Keywords: • current workflow, weaknesses, improved workflow • process modules • WfMC • model for the web • implementation in WP2/3; validation in WP4
