The Structure • No “Addresses,” round-table discussion groups • Introductory remarks (thankfully brief) • Each participant joined 3 (of 7) tables of 4-6 participants, for an hour, registered beforehand. • Final wrapup plenary, each table facilitator summarizing the work of the groups. • Feedback vehicle

  5. The Feedback • The organization and topic selection • Format seen by most as “Very Good” • Topic selection majority thought was “Satisfactory” • The individual experience • All thought they were able to express their opinions • Most thought the one-day format was fine

  6. A Facilitator’s Perspective • Participants were engaged, interested, interesting • Most had done their homework • It was a good day
