The Office of Mediation Services PRESENTS “Games People Play: Collaboration and Competition at Work” Discussants – CamiloAzcarate and Linda Toyo Obayashi The Office of Mediation Services (MEF) provides safe, effective and informal dispute resolution services, including mediation and group facilitation, as well as multiple training opportunities for Bank staff. Description: In this session we will use a couple of mixed-motive games and scenarios, to demonstrate the type of dilemmas and tensions that are part of the reality of work groups. The session will last approximately 45 minutes.
