Material & Methods • 160 Caucasian permanent teeth; • From 14 to 80 years old (average age 45.5); • Method 1 - Bang and Ramm (1970); • Method 2 – Kvaal & Solheim (1994); • Method 3 - Johanson (1971);
STATISTICS Data of known and estimated age were presented by the median values and 10th and 90th percentile range, and compared using Pearson’s correlation coefficients and regression analysis. Statistical calculations were done using MedCalc Software (ver. 8), Mariakerke, Belgium.

Conclusion • All of the three methods used showed high correlation with the estimated age; • The highest coefficient of correlation was marked at the Method 3; • Coefficient of correlation was higher at females; • Two roots teeth showed higher coefficient of correlation;
