Clinical presentation • DUB , • Pelvic pain • AUB is worse with intercourse and running • Massive hemorrhage • Large bulky cervix • Myometrial in homogeneity • An intramural mass mimicking a fibroid • Color Doppler ultrasonography shows the tangle of vessels as vertiginous tubular anechoic structures • Pelvic angiography • Conservative measures such as OC plls • Suturing in surgery.
