Organization of the RA: 4th Period • First paragraph: He presents the issues that the nation is facing and makes a distinction about what our priorities should be. • Second paragraph: He assures them that there are solutions and provides a call to action. • Third paragraph: Establishes that he is a promising leader that will take charge in surpassing the nation’s problems.
