  4. Overweight and obesity are both labels for ranges of weight that are greater than what is generally considered healthy for a given height. According to American heart association one out of every three children in U.S. is overweight or obese.

  5. Obesity is more than just a cosmetic concern, through. Its increase your risk of diseases and health problems such as heart disease, diabetes, and high blood pressure

  6. According to parenting family health guide “49 percent of parents believed that children are on average but the same kids were actually classified as overweight. According to American heart association “childhood obesity is now the no. 1 problem concern among parents in the U.S. Topping drugs, abuse, and smoking are the next leading problem.

  7. According to American heart association one out of every three children in U.S. is overweight or obese.

  8. According to encyclopedia “in 2005 the medical costs attribute to obesity in the U.S. was of estimated of $190.2 to $20.6 billion of medical expenditures.”

  10. Healthy fruit and vegetable are the best thing to get vitamin they must be used in everyday life. Fruit juice must be drink to get protein and vitamin. Junk food like pizza, burger, chips, and soda etc. must be avoided. As you are obsessed you must look after your diet also no cheesy or oily thing must be used to eat if you are on diet.

  11. Exercising daily and steadily get you to a healthy and ripped body. Some the basic exercise are yoga, running, biking, cardio, also swimming. Being on diet, most of the people think that they are losing weight but that’s nonsense. By eating nothing you lose your stamina and cholesterol which make’s you weak.

  12. Parents must discuss the weight problem their children have. They must try them to guide in a right path. Medicine like Orlistat(Xenical), Lorcaserin(Belviq), and Topiramate(Qsymia) are really useful to loss weight. The more effective treatment for obesity is bacterial surgery.

TIPS TO GET RID OF OBESITY • Eat healthy food. • Exercise daily. • Sleep better. • Don’t hurry while you are eating. • Discuss the problem of obesity or overweight in you to your parents. • Try not to get exacted by cheesy and oily food items. • No alcohol, cigarette, or drugs that are harmful to your lungs. • Avoid junk food.
