Selected Comments • Staff Member: …our Administration… [should] …not overlook the continuing increase in enrollment that is thinning out our support services, which in turn translates to … quality or lack of quality in customer service. I recognize that priority is placed at the faculty level but the majority of … overall services are provided by staff members. I hope to see an increase in staff to off-set the increase in students so that customer services can at least be at an average or good level. • Faculty Member: The hiring process is broken. It is too political. • Staff Member: The overall operation of the College is aligned with the vision, mission, goals and values of the College. • Faculty Member: …it would be in our best interest to increase the number of full-time faculty… If we want to attract the best instructors, we need to be able to pay them accordingly. Part-time instructors are the framework of the College and they are an exploited under-class, many of whom could be classified as the working poor. That is appalling, especially considering our mission statement. • Faculty Member: I think the College is fine. Even though I am a part-time instructor I feel EPCC has been accommodating for students as well as instructors. • Unknown Employee Type: Thank You!
