We view women as a critical talent group to enable the firm to continue its growth in the marketplace and to deliver the best in client solutions. Provide a Strong collaborative group for women at pivotal points in their careers, giving them the resources, role models, mentors and contacts which contribute to career success. Our Approach • We will drive our activities through connecting with the following four groups of people: • Women to (other PwC) Women – Internal Focus • Women to (PwC) Leadership – Internal Focus • Women to Clients (current and future) – External Focus • Women to Community – Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) The PwC Vision of Young Women Leaders Programme

Initiatives for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in the Middle East • 1) Working with our local community • Healthcare and Education (donating blood, malaria drive in Africa, dress in pink (cancer awareness), Injaz, scholarships, employment simulation ) • Charitable support initiatives (care packages and iftar meals, financial support for schools, orphans, running for charity) • Putting our knowledge to work (pro bono for Make a wish foundation, over 3,500 hrs of skilled volunteer , c2,000 of general volunteering) The PwC Vision of Young Women Leaders Programme PwC
