Change of Secretariat • Unfortunately the successor organisation of the Danish Centre will not prolong the cooperation • Due to change of acting/deciding persons it seems to be better to find an other base • Call for Secretariat was published and sent out • Decision made to for new secretariat: • Institute IntegriertStudieren, IIS (http://www.jku.at/iis)

Change of Secretariat Procedures: • Formal apporval of the GA needed • Change of Constitution needed – to be run according to Austrian Law  in essence the same, but some formal requirements • Committee of proponents (proposal: President, Past-President) to found AAATE according to Austrian Law) • Inviting all members into the new association • Next GA (Villamoura) • First GA of the ”new” assoication • Last GA of the ”old” association • Practical transfer will start immediatly after aproval by GA • Problems might occour but they will be solved, so please be patient
