  6. Testing for Contaminants • Lead & copper • Radionucleotides • Asbestos

  7. Notification • DENR, Division of Environmental Health, Public Water Supply Section • Public notice of violation & emergency procedures

  8. Wellhead Protection • States not compelled to adopt • Tools • Zoning • Land use planning • Health rules
