  1. Need Some Help?? Homework a little hard? Can’t find something you need? Well here are some helpful resources.

  2. www.wolframalpha.com Here, you can type in anything that you may need to calculate, especially for your tough calc classes, or trying to find that one hard to find variable. Example: If you type in directly into the search box: Derivative of 18e^(14x)sin(3(pi)(x)) It will give you back the answer: 18 e^(14 x) (3 π cos(3 π x)+14 sin(3 π x))

  3. Can’t Figure Out That Hard Problem? • Copy and paste the entire problem into google search. Or type it out. • Look for either pdf files or Yahoo Answer documents. • Google saying it can’t find anything? Search the main problem in your problem, sometimes it will still find the answer you were looking for • If you would like, websites such as Chegg, or Scribd have lots of answers for a price. • I used Chegg free trials for my Physics homework and it had nearly every answer and solution. • Lots of times your google search will come up with a lot of sites for chegg answers and nothing else.

  4. DO YOUR HOMEWORK

  5. Can’t Find Any Information on That One Topic? Try going to the Clemson Library’s website at clemson.edu/library

  6. Use Your Friends/Make Some Friends can be one of your best resources, whether it is finding someone to copy notes for that day you missed, or applying for a study room with a group at the library. Use your friends wisely.

  7. Struggling in That One Class/Or More? • Try out looking on blackboard for extra help your prof. may have posted, and going to your prof.’s office hours. • Next, check and see if your class has an SI or Supplemental Instruction. • These are very useful when it comes to test time. • Next, check and see if you class has a tutor. They are usually offered through he ASC. • What is the ASC? • The Academic Success Center is located just behind the library. • Website is clemson.edu/asc • They have a lot more information than you think they do. • It’s getting toward the middle of the semester and you made a 20 on the first 2 tests? • Drop the class before the withdrawal date, and make it up next semester • There is no need to push yourself and fail when there is no way to make up for your mistakes.

  8. Too Worked up/Stressed Out • Chill out, take a walk, get some air. • Find some easy stress relievers like yoga, or video games. • Take some “you time” and don’t get to stressed over situations that don’t need to be stressed so hard about.
