Delivery model 1 • Year 10: Terms 1-3 Cover all common topic areas and themes, giving students as much choice as possible for their speaking and writing exam in Year 11 • Year 11: Terms 1-2 Students choose the themes for their Speaking test and Writing exam, then carry out the speaking test, when they are ready.   6. Delivery model 2 • Students take their Listening and Reading exams at the end of Year 11 free to concentrate on the Speaking and Writing exam. • Year 10: Term 1-3 • Students take their Listening and Reading exams at the end of Year 10. • Year 11: Terms 1-2 • Students choose their test theme (s) for Speaking and Writing.   8. Speaking • In the speaking test you will carry out two activities: 1- A conversation about a photograph you have brought in of personal interest. A presentation on something that interests you. Followed by questions about it from your teacher. 2- A conversation with your teacher linked to a different theme. (chosen theme) Or Made by Mrs Latifa Taouil Aitelhawa.   9. Writing • You will have a choice of questions relating to two themes. You will produce two pieces of writing, ranging from a short task to an article for a magazine, web page, blog or letter. Made by Mrs Latifa Taouil Aitelhawa. Belle Vue Girls' School. 2009/2010
