Staging Criteria for RF Monitoring • Ranking from RF Tracker Data (last year’s data) • LRE Calculation • Commensurate School Day • Related Services • Time since last RF Monitoring On-Site Review • New Residential Facilities Present in the LEA • 2011-2012 PBMAS SPED Stage • History of Noncompliance in special education • Current Escalated Oversight • RF Tracker Data Quality
Staging “Levels” • Based on points assigned in matrix of staging criteria (“selection rubric” • Not Staged • Stage 1 • Stage 2 • Stage 3 • Stage 4 • Stage 4A • Stage 4B
Submission Window • Submission Window • (begins when staging is released in ISAM (likely in September) and ends on December 7, 2012* • Stage 1 – will complete all documents by December 7, 2012 and retain locally • Subject to submission request by TEA
