The ECP Methodology A 6 stage process… • Convene a cohort of partners to support the community’s resilience efforts • Engage the community’s leadership and gain permission to deploy • Orient community’s leadership on ECP & design community led engagement plan • Engage community in Resilience Action Plan development process using SWOT method • Create a Resilient Action Plan • Implement Resilient Action Plan
