New Springer Reference Linking • Current: Static reference linking • Identifiers queried and inserted only once -- at the time of online publication • Future: SVRef - Dynamic reference linking • Identifiers are updated/maintained in database • Linked reference sections generated on the fly • Multiple link targets: CrossRef, PubMed, CAS, Zentralblatt, AMS, etc.
