  2. SB-DN-1IP Programming Module Data interchange  for HDL-BUS and TCP/IP Reset without Power off Intelligent Data Transfer Remote programming if forget the IP address of SB-DN-1IP, programmer can press the reset button till the led goes red, then it is reset and the IP is 192.168.10.250

  3. Communication setting E.g., IP:192.168.10.250 Router IP:192.168.10.001 ☺ Before Programming, Make sure that programming module and PC are at the same IP segment IP setting PC IP Setting Set the PC at the same IP segment as SB-DN-1IP, 192.168.10.* (*<255)

  4. Communication setting Picture 1 Picture 2 * Another way to test and double check IP setting, Programmer can do as following steps: “Start”“Run”，input “cmd” and confirm, then input “ping192.168.10.X ” （IP of SB-DN-1IP), to see the communication is ok or not.

  5. Software introduction HDL-BUS Pro Setup Tool software is used to program all on-line devices .

  6. Programming You can not find SB-DN-1IP in the device list, but you can find it by Step1: HDL-BUS software Devices  Bus switchboard

  7. Programming Step2: select a device to view status and edit We can see the SB-DN-1IP, and all devices which linked to current SB-DN-1IP.

  8. Programming Step3: View/Edit network parameter The default port : 6000 Make sure the device’s IP and PC’s IP are at the same IP segment, but the IP and IP MAC should be different from one module to one module, they should be unique.

  9. Programming Step4: View/Edit configuration Switchboard ID(Device ID): ID remark of SB-DN-1IP Subnet ID: set current HDL-BUS subnet ID. remark 1 IP port switch board offers a subnet ID for all HDL-BUS devices which linked to the current SB-DN-1IP

  14. Device search 1、on-line device List 2、double click to enter into the setting page of the device

  15. Add Manage 2.2 Device IP manage Select Address management Note: It is an effective way to solve the device ID overlap issue. PS: address management uses MAC to communicate.

  16. 2、Right click or double click for modify device MAC address 3、 Set subnet ID and Device ID according the MAC address, then Save. 2.2 Device ID manage

  17. Add Manage 2、Select ”Modify address ”to re-set its ID. 1、press this button 3 seconds to activate the ID addressing function(LED goes red)

  18. Add Manage 3、Click “indicate initial address”, 4、input new ID, then click “Modify initial address ”, it will be saved and the LED will be off.
