  1. AppExchange Referrals How to submit referral payments with Salesforce.com

Submitting a Referral Payment • Fill out excel worksheet sent in previous email • Log into the salesforce.com PRM portalhttp://apps.salesforce.com/prm/ • If you do not have PRM access, log in credentials will be sent in a separate email Submit a $0 referral payment even if you have not received any closed referrals

  3. Log into the PRM Portal http://apps.salesforce.com/prm/

  4. Create a New Payment Record • From the Home Tab • Click the Partner Payment link to create a new payment record

  5. Complete Required Fields on the Payment Record

  6. Attach Payment Report • Scroll down to Attachments • Attach your report file

  7. Executing Payment • You have two payment options Credit Card & Wire transfer • To pay by Credit Card • Call Salesforce.com at: • North America and Asia Pacific (415) 901 - 8457 • Europe +41216953777 • We will take your credit card information and bill you for the amount specified in the payment information submitted on our PRM portal • To pay by Wire transfer • Submit payment report on the PRM portal • Executes wire transfer based on the chart below • Questions can be directed to: • AppexchangePartnerReports@salesforce.com • North America and Asia Pacific (415) 901 - 8457 • Europe +41216953777
