  2. Procedure • Same as described in August 27, 2012 progress report • 1 x 1 cm samples as provided by UCB/SSL • UCB/SSL heating schedule • Samples run without getter and with Zr getter at the bottom of the furnace

  5. Conclusions • 1 x 1 cm Ta-W coupons tested without and with Zr getter • Samples without Zr getter show extensive grain boundary attack • Getter appears to make significant difference in regard to weight change and shows limited, if any, grain boundary attack
