  1. DevOps-For Better Customer Experience During Onboarding The customer experience (CX) is defined as the entire process of the users when they become a customer of your products and services. Whereas the onboarding experience is the ongoing relationship between a customer and products or services. According to the experts, better customer experience is not about what and how much features they are offered. Ultimately, it's understood with a seamless and integrated user-experience that provides the full flexibility and growth based on the changing customer need and expectations. Delivery Distress Maybe you have a great feature that can improve your existing onboarding process, but you can struggle for its successful execution within the constraints of your organisation's current setup and capabilities.
