What is China Economic Trading Promotion Agency? • #1: The name of the agency: China Economic Trading Promotion Agency (CETPA) • #2: The administration of the agency: CETPA is guided by related governmental ministries. CETPA accepts the supervision and management from Operation Administration Department and Business Administration Department. • #3: The address of the agency: Stated-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC), Xidan Office Building, Beijing, China

  9. Who can be our members? Those business leaders of legally registered companies, who achieve great business success and provide friendly interest and support, are all eligible to apply for regular membership.

  10. Annual Membership Fee (US-Dollar) • Applicants can only apply for regular membership. The other three kinds of membership will be determined and appointed by CETPALA after the final review. • Regular member: $1,599 • Secretary: $2,999 • Vice Chairman: $3,999

  11. Membership Rights • (1) Priority to participate in various activities organized by the agency • (2) Access to various information services provided by the agency • (3) Make suggestions to the agency • (4) At-will membership, members can join and leave at any time

Membership Responsibilities: • (1) obey all the rules of the agency and execute all the decisions made by the agency • (2) care and support the agency’s work ; participate in the activities organized by the agency; complete the work assigned by the agency • (3) provide necessary feedback to the agency on time, including information, statistical data and related materials • (4) pay membership fee according to the regulation • (5) safeguard the agency’s reputation and legal rights consciously

Services for Regular members • (1) Get the updated trading rules and regulation information from China • (2) Participate in international communication and cooperation conferences in Beijing • (3) Access to investment information database • (4) Participate in the seminars and annual meeting organized by CETPALA in Los Angeles • (5) Network with other successful businessmen and leaders from Los Angeles and from China • (6) Receive Membership Certification and social status.

Services for Secretary: • In addition to the services for regular members, the Secretary also enjoy the following services: • (1) Promote their companies in Agency’s newsletter, seminars, and web sites • (2) Represent CETPALA to participate in other social activities, and be seated on VIP seats . It is also possible for a secretary to give a speech in these activities as a host or a main speaker. • (3) Receive the honorable certification as “Chinese Excellent Private Enterprise” and “Outstanding Chinese Entrepreneur” at the annual meetings

Services to Vice Chairmen: In addition to the services of Secretary, the Vice Chairmen also enjoy the following services: • (1) Provides a meeting room in Beijing headquarter of CETPA when they have meetings in Beijing • (2) Meet the leaders or officers from China • (3) Receive Vice Chairman Certification, the honor of “CETPALA Vice Chairman” and the social status

  16. Membership Recruitment Process • 1. Understand CETPALA’s Constitutions • 2. Fill out the Membership Application Form correctly and clearly. Mail it back to the mailing address of the agency. 1508 Pacific Coast Highway, Harbor City, CA 90710. • 3. After CETPALA review the applications, we will send out the approval letter. However, CETPALA reserves the rights to refuse the applications. We have the right to refuse ANY applicant.
