Personnel Action FormNew Hire, Promotion, Reclassification, Transfer, Increase in Time, Sub to Permanent Position • Select your Director/Coordinator from the drop down • If you need to send a copy to others please CC with an email • If you would like replies regarding this email please check the box on the bottom • Then send to recipient • You will receive an email that you submitted a form • Your Director/Coordinator will get an email that there is a request waiting to be approved • They will sign and date then send to Fiscal Services • You will continue to get emails regarding the status of the form
