Flexible Learning Program Criteria • As by Federal Rank order – Students are selected based on: • First- Students who are eligible for free or reduce priced meals and not meeting standards as identified by state assessment results • Second- Students who are eligible for free or reduced priced meals and meeting standards as identified by state assessment results • Third- Students who are not eligible for free or reduced priced meals and not meeting standards as identified by state assessment results; and • Fourth- Students who are not eligible for free or reduced priced meals and meeting standards as identified by state assessment results.
Assessment Criteria • Criterion-Referenced Competency Test (CRCT) • Measures of Academic Progress (MAP) • Scholastic Reading Inventory (SRI) • Dynamic Indicators of Basic Early Literacy Skills (DIBELS) • Final Grades from Previous Academic Years • Teacher Recommendation
Blended Learning Model • Teacher-Led Instruction • Small Group Instruction/Collaboration • Computer-Assisted Instruction
Progress Monitoring • Quarterly Assessments MAP, SRI and DIBELS • Parental Involvement Parent Nightsand Conferences • CRCT
