  2. Improvements • eRC • Check out History • Time out feature • Crash code corrected

  3. eRC • eResourceCentral - a next generation electronic resource management solution for libraries. eRC bridges the gap between content providers and users, enabling libraries to manage and deliver eResources seamlessly and cost-effectively. • Currently integrated with Overdrive and Record books.

  4. eRC Overdrive and Recorded Books are only linked to WLS account. Overdrive Advantage accounts will still need to be viewed from the Overdrive/library website. Library owned Recorded Books accounts will still need to be viewed from their library website. Future releases should correct this problem.

  5. Check out History • Located under My account -> Preferences Show my checkout history – displays checkout history under Checkout tabs Record my checkout history – Keeps a record of the items you have checked out.

  6. Time out • The screen is redirected to the Home Page and logged out after 10 minutes.

  7. Notes • Internet Explorer 8 not fully supported.
