Bond Akra Managing Director Bond is an experienced Administrator, having 23 years multidisciplinary experience of working in and with International organizations. He is a Natural Scientist by profession with proven successful and auditable track record of implementing organizational growth and consolidation within the Oil and Gas Industry. His experience includes: human resources administration and operational deliverables, learning outsourcing with an almost unique track record of implementing 17 training outsourcing programs, and encompasses developing and implementing. He began his career as a Document Analyst with Karamat in 1991, and made the transition into learning and development and later as a Human Resources Manager which has span over 23 years. Throughout the last 4 years, Bond has worked for Clarion Integrated Services Limited, a complex organization providing Construction, Maintenance, Procurement and Human Resources services in Nigeria adding value wherever ever he was deployed and or engaged. Accomplished HR Executive with extensive experience and consummate achievements building multiple best-in-class organizations. He is a savvy team leader skilled in attracting the most qualified employees and matching them to jobs for which they are well suited. He is Pivotal contributor to senior operating and leadership executives, providing HR leadership for multiple acquisitions, from due diligence to conversion. He is an Innovative problem solver, strategic decision maker, strong communicator. Chinedu Eze – Administrative Manager He holds a National Diploma and Higher National Diploma Certificate from Yaba College of Technology in Building Technology in 2007. He is a member of (CIA) Chartered Institute of Builder. He worked in Nigeria Carton and Packaging Company (NICAPACO) in 1989.He joined Clarion Integrated Services Limited in 2009 as an Accounts Executive before his elevation to the post of Assistant Personnel/Admin Manager in 2012 and subsequently the Personnel/Admin Manager in 2014 before moving to Clarion Steel Products Limited in 2014 as the Administrative Manager.Due to his engineering experience and ability, he also doubles as Site Managers on various project sites of the company. Sunday Awani – Project Manager He is a Mechanical Engineer by profession, business entrepreneur and an accomplished administrator of international repute. He has over twenty-three years experience in the practice of his profession and has managed and supervised the execution of various engineering projects, ranging from residential to the Oil and Gas Infrastructure development projects in Nigeria since 1979. He served in the Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria, before joining Clarion in 2014 as a Project Engineer. He is a member of COREEN Uwanaka Ifeanyi - Marketing Manager Ifeanyi studied Business Administration at the Anambra State University in 2009 began his career as a Marketer with Dando Paints in 2011 where he developed a world class supply chain management before joining Clarion Steel Products in 2014 as the Marketing Manager. Toristeju Megbuluga -HSE Cordinator He is vast in HSE policy formulation and implementations. He has been involved in various projects in the oil and Gas sector as HSE Coordinator especially with Addax Nigeria Limited, Geoditic Position Services Limited, Franktax Nigeria Limited, Carl Dave Construction Limited and Me-Ray Nigeria Limited. Holds BSc in Physics (UNIBEN) and Advance HSE Course certificate and HSE Course Level 3 certificate (NISP)
