Programme Plan 2010-2013 Key Deliverables • Develop new NIHR TMN website • Develop new NIHR TMN membership system • Deliver NIHR TMN Annual Meetings • Update 'Guide to Efficient Trial Management’ • Annual NIHR TMN members' evaluation survey • Production of bi-monthly newsletters • Sourcing and dissemination of new developments/governance information of relevance to TM

Programme Plan 2010-2013 • Key Achievements • Task, Knowledge and Competency Framework for Trial Managers (developed jointly with NIHR TCC and the NCRI Accredited CTU Training Sub-Group) • TMN Guide to Practical Trial Management • Established Editorial Board Chair Alison McDonald • Major redrafting of Guide • Launched end November 2013
NIHR TMN 2014 and Beyond • Maintaining the current programme of work • Newly proposed activities • Providing the infrastructure for e-learning • Support and facilitate e-learning events (e.g. action learning sets, webinars, e-conferences) • Organisation and support for a set of self-funded member-led face-to-face workshops • Online library of useful templates
NIHR TMN 2014 and Beyond • Newly proposed activities contd • Building knowledge transfer partnerships (UKCRC Registered CTUs Network, INVOLVE, MRC Network of Hubs for Trials Methodology Research etc.) • Explore setting up thematic task and finish groups • Revisiting potential co-funding model
